Every bride wants to look their ultimate best on their wedding day. I mean, after all, it is all eyes on you! But with so many other ideas and plans and meetings and opinions swirling through your head, the last thing you need is to spend hours of your day attempting to count calories or fit in an elaborate exercise plan... It starts to seem like added stress. Luckily, I have some of the easiest and quickest ways to spruce up your calorie burning and, more importantly, lead you to a healthier life. Enjoy! And remember... your fiance already thinks you are the most beautiful woman in the world! He is marrying you as you are now. So focus on being the best you and being even happier with who you are.
5.) Get smaller plates! We all have mammoth sized plates and many of us grew up being told "to clear our plates." So go ahead and clear one...just a smaller one! Plus, skipping meals makes you cranky and makes things seem harder. Eat up! Try one of these Slimware options below. They're cute and they'll make you even cuter, too!
4.) Drink, Drink, Drink! Try downing a big glass of water right when you wake up. Not only will this actually jump start your day with energy (some say it's better than coffee!) but to lose fat you need to stay hydrated. Another insiders tip... after you finish a meal but still want, but don't need, more food, try drinking a big glass of water. Most of the time when you think you're hungry, you're actually just dehydrated! P.S. stay away from alcohol and soda whenever possible.

3.) Eat as many different colors as you can in a day. Note: This does not include colored sprinkles-haha! This is a fun challenge and better than portioning out a bunch of fruits and veggies. Try to get different greens, oranges, reds, yellows, etc. Most of the time, the brighter the color, the more nutritious the food!
2.) Exercise! Can you find 15 minutes to spare each day? Think about how much exercise you currently do a day and increase it by 15 minutes to start. That's burning about 150 extra calories a day... or 1,050 calories a week...or 4,200 calories a month....that turns into 1.5 pounds a month! Yahoo!
*iPhone users: Check out the Lose It! application. It can track all your exercise from vacuuming to running and biking. That's dedication.
1.) Set short term goals. Why put the pressure on yourself to lose a billion pounds? Just plan to exercise a few times a week, try to incorporate one more fruit and vegetable into your diet at each meal, or go for a walk when you feel stressed. When you see yourself hitting these goals it'll only inspire you to do more!
